What can I expect from MCH’s Handyman Division?
MCH’s Handyman Division specializes in projects ranging from a squeaky door to replacing broken windows. There is no job too small for MCH’s Handyman Division.
Who is sent to my house to work on my project?
MCH’s experienced handyman will arrive at your home ready to fix, adjust or replace any and all items on your to do list.
How do I schedule an appointment with MCH’s Handyman Division?

What if the handyman needs to leave to pick up extra materials for the project? Will that time be deducted or added to the projects time?
If the handyman needs to leave to retrieve more materials for the job, that additional time will be added along with the amount of the material to the final payment.
What is the cancelling/rescheduling policy for MCH’s Handyman Division?
Barring any emergency, health, traffic, weather related issues, the handyman will arrive at your home on schedule. Expect a text message from the handyman 30 minutes prior to the handyman’s arrival.
Who do I get in contact with if I cannot reach the handyman?
If the handyman is not answering your call, then please call MCH’s Office (617) 595-6890
What if my small project turns into a larger project?
If the scope of the project increases, please call MCH to discuss next steps.
What are the payment methods for the handyman division?
MCH has multiple payment methods such as Venmo and personal check. Our handmen will have QR codes on them for you complete payments right on the spot.
**Any personal checks that are returned due to insufficient fund, all banking fees and services charges will be paid by the homeowner. MCH’s service fee: $85
Do clients have to sign contracts with Master Craft Homes for a handyman job?
No contracts need to be signed by a client to receive help from our Handyman Service. A MCH work order(s) will be provided to the homeowner prior to the scheduled visit.
