Handyman Terms of Service

Our Handyman Division structure is based on time and materials.

Materials and parts NOT included.

Payment Methods: Personal Check or Venmo

Fees & Time

Any and all projects are required a two-hour minimum.

*Additional time may be added based on the scope of the project.

$165 Direct Deposit upon signature a Handyman Agreement (Covers first hour of labor)

$165 per hour plus materials.

*If additional work is needed and or exceeds the original scope of work, then the item or items will need an additional work order.
